The Hepatitis C Trust (HCT) is seeking a passionate manager to lead a staff team and oversee a growing network of peer programs across Surrey. Working under the Southern Regional Manager, you will ensure high-quality delivery and support for vulnerable groups.

Experience with disadvantaged communities, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to supervise projects and liaise with NHS colleagues are essential for this role.

• Experience of working with disadvantaged groups and an understanding of providing services to vulnerable people is essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are required to lead and support staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a staff team and an expanding network of peer programs across Surrey.
• Maintain and monitor existing HCT peer projects across Surrey.
• Provide support and supervision to staff and manage day-to-day operational issues.
• Liaise with external partners across the region, including NHS colleagues at the Surrey ODN, and drug/alcohol services, hostels and outreach services.
