Babcock in Plymouth, Devonport Dockyard is seeking an Improvement Manager to support the 10 Dock Redevelopment Programme. You will identify, develop and implement improvements across the project lifecycle to drive efficiency and delivery excellence.

You will influence multidisciplinary teams including programme management, engineering, design, construction and customer organisations, delivering measurable improvements in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in complex civil engineering, infrastructure or major programme environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements through process optimisation.

• Reviewing and improving project, engineering and delivery processes to enhance performance.
• Leading improvement initiatives, workshops and working groups to embed best practice.
• Supporting the transition of information and decisions from design to construction and commissioning.

• Monitoring and reporting on improvement activities and reporting to senior leadership.
