Joining us as an IMO Integration Lead
The IMO Integration Lead is a key project management role which is accountable for the end-to end definition and delivery of the due diligence and integration execution plan for one or more acquisition projects. This role brings with it a need for strong cross-functional project leadership and ideally, experience of Telco and M&A activities.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
Serve as the single point of accountability for integration engagements, ensuring seamless execution
Lead internal and external teams, delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget
Engage all relevant stakeholders, secure resource allocation, and oversee workstreams
Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust plans using verification techniques
Maintain project documentation, define scope, and refine processes for efficiency
Meet budgetary objectives, analyse financial constraints, and drive informed decision-making
