Joining us as an IMO Integration Lead

The IMO Integration Lead is a key project management role which is accountable for the end-to end definition and delivery of the due diligence and integration execution plan for one or more acquisition projects. This role brings with it a need for strong cross-functional project leadership and ideally, experience of Telco and M&A activities.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

Serve as the single point of accountability for integration engagements, ensuring seamless execution

Lead internal and external teams, delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget

Engage all relevant stakeholders, secure resource allocation, and oversee workstreams

Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust plans using verification techniques

Maintain project documentation, define scope, and refine processes for efficiency

Meet budgetary objectives, analyse financial constraints, and drive informed decision-making

What you’ll bring to the role

You will have a delivery mindset and experience of defining, owning & driving a plan. You’ll also have:

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrixed delivery model
  • Demonstrable experience with project management methods & practices
  • Experience of due diligence activities either as project lead or SME
  • Experience of M&A integration delivery
