Job summary

Moderna is expanding its Harwell bioanalytical capabilities, seeking a Scientist to advance immunogenicity and bioanalytical strategies across clinical development. You will design and deliver strategies, develop assays using ELISA, MSD, and cell-based methods, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to generate high-quality data for mRNA-derived therapeutics.

Qualifications

• PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience or MSc with 5+ years in bioanalytical method development and sample analysis.
• Expert knowledge of regulatory expectations (GCP) and current industry trends in bioanalysis.
• Experience with immunogenicity assays and PK/PD concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute phase-appropriate bioanalytical strategies for regulated clinical programmes.
• Lead development of ADA and neutralising antibody assays alongside PK/PD quantitation.
• Develop and validate assays (ELISA, MSD, cell-based) and ensure regulatory compliance.
