Job summary

Join Moderna’s Clinical Bioanalytical team at Harwell, Oxfordshire, to advance PK/PD analyses using cutting-edge RNA and biochemical assays. You will develop and execute phase-appropriate methods and ensure regulatory compliance, while partnering with internal teams and external CROs.

The role emphasizes translating translational science to clinical opportunities, with opportunities to leverage Generative AI tools to enhance scientific workflows and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• PhD with 5+ years of biotech/pharma bioanalytical experience in PK/PD analysis.
• Experience with RNA, biologics and cell therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication of complex scientific data within a matrix.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute phase-appropriate biochemical and molecular assays for PK/PD analysis.
• Develop assays aligned with program timelines and GLP/GcLP compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues with internal teams and CRO partners to safeguard data quality.
• Review raw data, analytical reports and validation reports for regulatory expectations.
• Establish internal and external mRNA-based bioanalytical capabilities and support development.
