Job summary

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust in Crawley is seeking an Immunisation Programme Assistant (Band 3) for two days per week, annualised over 42 weeks. The role involves clerical and clinical support across schools, bases, clinics and patients' homes, and requires 8am-4pm with some weekend clinics and travel within Sussex.

You will prepare session documentation, assist with vaccination sessions, and maintain accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Data-entry skills and accuracy.
• Good communication and reception duties experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and clinical support in schools, bases, clinics and patients' homes.
• Prepare documentation and assist with running vaccination sessions.
• Accurately process completed session paperwork.
• Fulfil reception duties at clinics and maintain a calm, professional telephone manner.
