Job summary

LJ Recruitment is seeking two ambitious Immigration Solicitors for its Central London and East London teams. You will independently manage a varied caseload, advising on personal immigration matters such as visas, ILR, citizenship and student/visitor visas, as well as broader business immigration.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Immigration is preferred.
• Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills required.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Advise on personal immigration matters including visas, ILR, citizenship and naturalisation, student and visitor visas, appeals and administrative reviews.
• Handle general immigration matters including Skilled Worker applications, sponsor licence applications and compliance, and wider business immigration.
• Draft applications, legal documents and representations.
• Liaise with Home Office, Counsel and third parties.
• Maintain excellent client care and strong professional relationships.
• Ensure compliance with SRA and firm regulatory requirements.
