You will manage your own caseload, provide strategic advice on visa applications, settlement, and citizenship, and work in a client‑facing role with strong drafting and interpersonal skills. Office-based or hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years PQE in Immigration Law.
• Experience across Business and Private Immigration required.
• Strong knowledge of current immigration procedures and case law.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of UK immigration matters for business and private clients.
• Manage and progress own caseload with appropriate prioritisation.
• Prepare and submit visa, settlement, and citizenship applications.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance on sponsor licences and compliance.
• Draft high-quality documentation and correspondence for clients and authorities.
• Maintain excellent client communication and service standards.
