Immigration Programme Analyst

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Team: Immigration Programme Management (IPM)

Office Location: Sheffield (7th Floor, Saville House, 74-90 Savile Street, Sheffield S4 7UD, United Kingdom)

The role:

The Immigration Programme Analyst will support the delivery of immigration services by managing a portfolio of small accounts under the supervision of a manager, while assisting the wider team of IPMs with multi-jurisdictional client enquiries and projects. The role will also involve supporting the YourIPMTeam programme which centrally manages some of our team’s smaller clients. When needed, the Analyst will also provide backup support to our wider IPM Analyst team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the IPM team’s activities and grow into client-facing work.

What your day will look like:

  1. Managing small client relationships, directing queries, ensuring service consistency, and supporting data/reporting needs.
  2. Supporting the wider IPM team with projects and client-specific deliverables.
  3. Working directly with YourIPMTeam clients and Fragomen case teams to resolve queries, including billing issues, incomplete initiations, protocol inquiries, work eligibility assessments, and multi-jurisdictional inquiries.
  4. Using ServiceNow ticketing system to manage workload and report client activity to senior team members.
  5. Monitoring client-specific drop boxes and emails.
  6. Utilising Fragomen Connect, liaising with global caseworkers to ensure updates.
  7. Generating and managing reports for case teams and clients.
  8. Preparing Word documents and creating Excel spreadsheets.
  9. Assisting with ad hoc administrative functions as needed.

The Immigration Programme Management team manages client accounts regionally and globally, acting as a single point of contact between clients and practice teams. The team is committed to building successful client relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and maintaining high-quality service. The team is characterized by a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and a holistic approach to immigration program design and consultancy.

  • Ability to follow firm procedures regarding file maintenance, record keeping, and case management systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive and able to act under instruction with limited supervision.
  • Ability to plan workload, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
  • Completes tasks within agreed timeframes and expectations.
  • Proficiency in Word processing, Internet, and email systems.
