About the team:

The Immigration Programme Management team manages client accounts regionally and globally, serving as the primary contact between clients and practice teams. They focus on building client relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and delivering high-quality services in a collaborative environment.

About the role:

The Immigration Programme Analyst supports the IPM team with multi-jurisdictional client inquiries and projects, including managing smaller clients through the YourIPMTeam program. This role offers exposure to client-facing work and opportunities for growth.

  • Handling client queries related to billing, initiation, protocol, escalation, work eligibility, fee approvals, MSA inquiries, and global knowledge sharing.
  • Using ServiceNow to manage workload and report activity.
  • Monitoring client communication channels and maintaining Fragomen Connect updates.
  • Generating reports, preparing documents, and assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Producing clear written work and taking on additional projects as needed.
  • Following firm procedures for file management and record keeping.
