You will bring a strong reputation and extensive UK immigration experience, along with a proven ability to generate business and mentor junior lawyers.

Qualifications

• Senior immigration lawyer with proven track record in UK immigration.
• Strong market connections and ability to bring in new business.
• Experience advising businesses on sponsor licences, compliance and global mobility.

Responsibilities

• Leading and shaping the national immigration practice.
• Advising employers, education clients and other organisations on immigration and compliance.
• Supporting clients with sponsor licences, workforce planning and Home Office investigations.
• Developing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
• Raising the firm's profile through networking, speaking engagements and thought leadership.
• Mentoring and developing lawyers within the team.
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the practice and firm.
