Key Responsibilities

1. Provide legal support in immigration cases from initial consultation through tribunal representation, advising clients on asylum, visa extensions, appeals, and other matters, while preparing and submitting applications, statements, and supporting documents.
2. Manage a busy caseload efficiently, demonstrating a strong understanding of immigration law and legal processes.
3. Maintain excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Proven experience as a Level 2 immigration caseworker.
2. Advocacy experience is advantageous but not essential.
3. Strong knowledge of immigration law and legal procedures.
