Brandon James Ltd is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to support a US Attorney on a range of US business immigration matters in the UK. The role provides hands-on training and exposure to complex international cases within a specialist immigration practice.

You will work closely with the US Attorney and team, handling case preparation, client communications and document review while developing niche immigration expertise.

Qualifications

• Previous paralegal or legal support experience.
• Experience in US business immigration would be advantageous.
• Strong interest in immigration law and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Professional and client-focused approach.
• Good IT skills and confidence using case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and management of US business immigration applications.
• Assist with case preparation, document review and client correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
• Review supporting evidence and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Liaise with clients and third parties throughout the immigration process.
• Prepare forms, submissions and supporting documentation.

A specialist immigration law firm is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join its growing team. This Immigration Paralegal role offers the opportunity to support a US Attorney on a range of US business immigration matters, gaining exposure to complex client cases and developing specialist immigration knowledge. The successful Immigration Paralegal will ideally have experience in US business immigration, however candidates with strong legal experience, a genuine interest in immigration law and a willingness to learn will also be considered.

The Role

The role will include:
