The MiLK Collective is recruiting for an Immigration Coordinator to join our busy visa team. The MiLK Collective is a London-based management agency representing top models based in the UK and worldwide. As an Immigration Coordinator, you will be processing UK visas for our international models and you will be joining a small visa team of three people. Experience with immigration practices is welcome but not essential. You will just need at least 1 years’ experience in an administrative role and we will provide training.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing visas for models: drafting online application forms, preparing supporting letters and documentation, booking biometrics appointments.
  • Maintaining immigration records for all models: onboarding new models to our systems, completing right to work checks and maintaining accurate right to work documentation.
  • Answering email and in-person queries from internal teams, foreign agencies and models regarding their visas.
  • Completing required updates on the Home Office sponsorship management system.
  • Gathering supporting documentation for US visa applications for our Talent (tear sheets, support letters from foreign agencies).
