The successful candidate will undertake UK immigration casework within their authorised level of competence and will be responsible for providing professional, accurate and client-focused immigration services in accordance with applicable regulatory and organisational requirements.

• Minimum of one year UK immigration casework experience.
• IAA Level 1 qualification/authorisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and Home Office procedures.
• Excellent client-care, communication and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client consultations and obtain instructions.
• Prepare and progress UK immigration applications.
• Review supporting evidence and prepare documentation.
• Draft application forms, representations, and client letters.
• Research Immigration Rules and Home Office guidance.
• Liaise with clients, UKVI and other organisations.
• Maintain accurate case files and attendance notes.
• Manage caseload and meet deadlines.
• Keep clients informed on progress and outcomes.
