The role offers training and a pathway to a full-time position, with a focus on meeting deadlines, billing targets, and maintaining professional client care.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and procedure.
• Ability to manage a varied and busy caseload with supervision where required.
• Experience drafting immigration applications and representations.
• Excellent client-care and communication skills; billing targets awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage immigration caseload from instruction to completion.
• Advise clients and prepare immigration applications.
• Draft legal representations, letters, witness statements, and client correspondence.
• Review evidence, deadlines, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Record time and work toward monthly billing targets.
• Collaborate with solicitors, caseworkers, and staff.
• Maintain compliant, well-organised client files.
• Escalate complex or high-risk issues when needed.
