Job summary

Legal Action Group is recruiting a solicitor (newly qualified to 3 years’ PQE) or an experienced Senior Caseworker to join our immigration, asylum and public law team. The role offers a supportive hybrid working environment and a chance to contribute to high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor from newly qualified to 3 years’ PQE and/or experienced Senior Caseworker.
• Experience in immigration, asylum, nationality, human rights or public law.
• Accreditation: Law Society Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
• Ability to manage own caseload and support senior fee earners.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload and provide support to senior fee earners.
• Deliver high-quality legal work with strong client care.
• Work within a hybrid environment and adapt to a modern, largely paperless practice.
