North & West Kent Citizens Advice seeks a Senior Immigration Caseworker to provide high-quality immigration advice, casework and representation across Kent, including complex matters and access to justice. The role involves Legal Aid casework at tribunals and judicial review where appropriate, with a supportive, inclusive team and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• IAAS Senior Caseworker and Supervisor accreditation is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of the UK immigration system and access to services for migrants.
• Experience handling complex immigration caseloads with diligence.
• Understanding of NRPF and destitution issues for both non EEA and EEA migrants.
• Strong commitment to access to justice, client-centred practice and inclusion.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality immigration advice, casework and representation.
• Handle Legal Aid casework including tribunals and judicial reviews when appropriate.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to service development.
• Engage with Kent Law Centre and CA network to strengthen provision.
