The role involves supporting the design and delivery of exceptional floral events, creating compelling presentations and mood boards, and collaborating across teams. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, a knack for visual storytelling, and relevant design proficiency. Qualifications

• Ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
• Confident in interpreting client vision into creative concepts.
• Required experience in floristry, fashion, or creative visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Create mood boards and proposal decks for event briefs.
• Attend and support site visits throughout the customer journey.
• Participate in installations and manage post-event reviews.
