Tang Flowers is seeking an experienced Events Florist to create exceptional floral designs for prestigious clients in Greater London. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years in the flower industry, 2 of which must be in events floristry. Responsibilities include preparing materials, collaborating with the events team, and maintaining customer communication. This role demands creativity, excellent knowledge of flower varieties, and the ability to work well under pressure, often during unsociable hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience working in the flower industry, with at least 2 years in events floristry.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and commitment to delighting them.
• Ability to plan ahead and work effectively as a team player.

Responsabilités

• Prepare materials and equipment for event setups.
• Condition and prepare flowers in the workroom.
• Deliver flawless events as part of the events team.
• Support creation of mood boards and event briefs.
• Communicate effectively with customers during installations.
• Order flowers as needed for events.
• Drive vans to and from event venues.
