Job summary

Firecracker Works designs immersive experiences for top brands in London. We seek a hands-on Creative Content & Marketing Manager who can lead our visual storytelling, capture workshop and site action, and turn craft into compelling campaigns.

You will shoot and edit photography and short videos, write captions, publish to Instagram and LinkedIn, and plan a practical calendar aligned with live projects. The role blends content creation with strategic marketing across teams.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio of content you have personally created, comprising both photographic stills and video.
• Proven experience shooting and editing high‑quality short‑form content independently.
• Excellent visual judgment: framing, lighting, composition, pacing and storytelling.
• Confidence using professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Ability to take a brief—or spot an opportunity yourself—and turn it into finished, publishable content.
• Strong written English and the ability to write clear, engaging captions and project stories.
• Experience planning and publishing content for a brand or business.
• The confidence to work with people across a busy workshop, office and live project environment.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to deliver without constant direction.

Responsibilities

• Create outstanding visual content by filming and photographing projects in our London workshops and on site.
• Independently produce engaging short‑form video for Instagram Reels and LinkedIn.
• Edit footage and photography to a high visual standard with strong pacing and storytelling.
• Capture people, processes and problem‑solving behind our projects, not just the finished result.
• Adapt content for different channels without losing quality.
• Identify compelling stories across projects, teams and facilities and develop them for our website and presentations.
• Own the content plan and publish content across Instagram and LinkedIn; track performance and iterate.
