Job summary

Proman is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives at the Omega Distribution Centre in Warrington to support Home Bargains. Earn up to £15.74 per hour with a 3 on, 3 off pattern and flexible shifts. Full training is provided and there are potential temp-to-perm opportunities as the operation grows.

Day shifts are 07:00-19:00 (£13.23/hour) and night shifts 19:00-07:00 with higher rates up to £15.74/hour. This role offers a strong work-life balance and progression within a thriving retail distribution

Pay Rates

Day Shifts

07:00 - 19:00, 3 on, 3 off

£13.23 per hour

Night Shifts

19:00 - 07:00, 3 on, 3 off

Up to £15.74 per hour (between 22:00 - 06:00)

A Shift Pattern That Works For You

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking orders using a voice-controlled headset
