Job summary

JK Recruitment seeks a proactive Warehouse Administrator for an immediate start in a busy warehouse environment. This temporary, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30, with an hourly rate of £13.09. Initial placement is 3–4 months, with potential extension based on business needs.

You will coordinate deliveries, maintain paperwork and spreadsheets, and support day-to-day warehouse operations alongside a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Strong Excel and data-entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Good IT confidence and ability to manage multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process paperwork for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Update internal systems with delivery and stock information.
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets to reflect stock levels.
• Check paperwork for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with warehouse colleagues regarding deliveries and collections.
• Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team.
