Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking experienced Secondary Learning Support Assistants to support students in local secondary schools. Immediate starts available for both temporary and temp-to-permanent placements.

Role involves classroom-based support, delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions, and assisting with SEND, SEMH, and behavioural needs. Competitive daily rates and ongoing professional development offered.

Formación

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Experience supporting secondary pupils in education or similar settings.
• Ability to support students with SEND, SEMH and behavioural needs.
• Patience, resilience and a professional approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide classroom-based support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions to support learning and progress.
• Assist students with SEND, SEMH needs and behavioural challenges.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement individual learning and behaviour support strategies.
• Promote positive behaviour, engagement and inclusion within the learning environment.
• Support students' academic, social and emotional development.
