Job summary

Fashion & Retail Personnel is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor for a premium retail brand on a temporary basis for 4–6 weeks in Central London. You will support the store management, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service while driving store performance.

The successful candidate will have supervisory retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage shifts and stock. This role offers immediate start and weekly payroll through the agency.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong commercial awareness of KPIs.
• Confident leading teams and managing shifts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Available to start immediately as the role is temporary.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with daily store operations.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and banking procedures.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team throughout shifts.
• Drive sales performance and support the achievement of store KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead by example on the shop floor.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Ensure health & safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
