Qualifications

• Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs is essential.
• Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and practical support to pupils with complex needs.

• Working closely with teaching staff and the wider support team.
• Supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviours, using a calm, patient and consistent approach.
