Job summary

Fawkes and Reece in South Ockendon is seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator for an immediate start. You will prepare surfaces, apply finishes, and maintain high-quality workmanship on site.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent) and a valid CSCS card, with reliable, hardworking candidates who can follow health and safety procedures. Immediate start and weekly pay offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or above in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent).
• Valid CSCS card.
• Previous painting and decorating experience.
• Own tools preferred.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces, including filling, sanding, and priming.
• Painting walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other finishes.
• Carrying out decorating work to a high-quality standard.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
