Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a well-established nursery in Wirral to recruit a dedicated Nursery Practitioner. The role involves supporting children aged 0-5, delivering engaging activities and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment in line with EYFS.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification and a Paediatric First Aid certificate, with previous EY settings experience and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
• Paediatric First Aid certificate.
• Experience with children aged 0-5 in nursery or EY setting.
• Solid understanding of EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s development in line with EYFS.
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment for 0-5.
• Support routines and wellbeing and work well in a team.
