Job summary

Talent Finance Ltd is seeking an Interim Financial Controller for a fast-moving manufacturing and distribution business based in Poole / Bournemouth. The role reports to the Finance Director and focuses on bringing control, structure and financial clarity during a period of change, acquisition, and integration.

You will lead a small finance team, manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.

Qualifications

• Strong Financial Controller experience within a fast-paced, operational business.
• Excellent technical accounting and financial control capability.
• Experience managing through significant change, acquisitions or integration.
• Manufacturing or multi-site distribution experience preferred.
• Strong management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow skills.
• Calm, pragmatic leader who can bring structure and control.
• Ability to lead teams through change and challenge senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted right hand to the Finance Director, bringing structure and financial clarity.
• Lead and develop the finance team across multiple sites during a period of change.
