Qualifications

• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• First Aid qualification
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification/ticket
• Proven experience in a Groundworks Supervisor / Site Manager position
• Previous residential groundworks experience is essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Up-to-date CV required

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of the site
• Reporting directly to Contracts Managers
• Managing labour levels and allocating resources effectively
• Carrying out site inductions
• Overseeing site operations and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety across the site
• Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and management
