Job summary

Atrium Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Groundwork Foreman / Site Manager for a two-month assignment in Dereham, starting ASAP. You will supervise groundwork teams, plant operators and subcontractors, coordinating labour, materials and deliveries to meet deadlines while ensuring RAMS and safety standards are met.

Requirements include prior groundwork experience, updated CV with tickets, own PPE, and SSSTS. Parking is available on-site, with a CIS rate of £27.00 per hour. Start week commencing 14/09.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in groundwork required
• Updated CV and tickets required
• Own PPE mandatory
• SSSTS mandatory

Responsibilities

• Supervised groundwork teams, plant operators and subcontractors, allocating daily tasks and monitoring progress
• Managed drainage, foundations, excavation, concreting, kerbing and general groundwork operations
• Coordinated labour, materials, plant and deliveries to maintain productivity and meet project deadlines
• Ensured all works complied with health & safety procedures, RAMS and required quality standards
• Liaised with site managers, engineers and subcontractors, providing progress updates and resolving site issues
