Job summary

BedfordPerm is seeking a reliable Goods In Operative in Milton Keynes to join a fast-paced warehouse team on a temporary to permanent basis. You will safely unload inbound deliveries, verify SKUs, batch/lot numbers andexpiry dates, and use the warehouse system to book in stock.

You will maintain stock locations, support put-away and inventory accuracy, and communicate with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/goods-in or e-commerce fulfilment experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS or handheld scanners is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach.
• Proficient English and Maths; basic MS Office knowledge.
• Able to follow multiple processes in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to health and safety and good fitness.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, check and process inbound deliveries using warehouse systems.
• Verify quantities, SKUs, batch/lot numbers, expiry dates and product condition.
• Receive and book in stock using WMS, including labeling and stock locations.
• Investigate shortages, damages and delivery discrepancies.
• Support stock control, put-away, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean goods-in area and communicate with teams.
