Job summary

Nu Staff is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Bedwas to join a busy warehouse operation. You will support warehouse operations, assist with assembly and goods movement, and work a 3-shift rotation (6:00–2:00, 2:00–10:00, 22:00–6:00).

Valid forklift licences and warehouse experience are preferred. The role requires reliability, teamwork and flexibility to maintain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance, Reach, and Bendi forklift licences.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse.
• Organise and maintain stock, ensuring correct storage and handling.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Assist with loading/unloading lorries and support smooth operations.
