Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Groundworker for a commercial project in North Tyneside. You will specialise in high-quality finishing work including flagging, slabbing and block paving, with responsibilities for kerbing and general maintenance. The role can be performed independently or as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.

Applicants must have a valid CSCS card (Blue Skilled Worker preferred), PPE, basic hand tools and the right to work in the UK. CIS pay rate is £21.00 per hour.

Competenze

• Experience in finishing groundworks, including flagging and kerbing.
• Full PPE (hard hat, steel toe boots, hi-vis).
• Basic hand tools for finishing work.
• Right to work in the UK and CIS registration.

Mansioni

• Finishing groundworks: flagging, slabbing, and block paving.
• Kerbing: laying straight/radius kerbing and edging.
• General maintenance: drainage adjustments, ironwork, patch repairs, and tidy-up groundworks.
• Operate small plant equipment when required.
