No QTS or subject teaching required. This role offers flexible daily bookings, part-time or ongoing long-term placements, with weekly-pay through an online timesheet system.

Qualifications

• Experience working with or supporting young people (aged 11-16) in education, youth clubs, sports coaching, care, or community leadership.
• Natural confidence, strong communication skills, authority in managing teenager group dynamics, and high adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils aged 11-16 across various secondary departments, ensuring a calm, structured, and productive learning environment.
• Distribute and guide students through lesson plans and learning tasks prepared by regular teaching staff.
• Answer basic student queries, manage classroom dynamics, and keep pupils on task throughout the lesson.
