Job summary

Pulse Healthcare seeks a Band 6 General Radiographer in St. Leonards-on-Sea to join our client's team on an immediate, short-term basis, running to the end of February with flexible ad hoc shifts. You will perform radiographic imaging across CT, MRI and plain film, upholding departmental standards.

You will train junior staff, support out-of-hours cover, and maintain CPD portfolios while ensuring patient safety, comfort and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Approved Degree or Master's in Diagnostic Radiography.
• At least 24 months post-qualification experience as a Band 5 Radiographer.
• Experience in CT, MRI and plain film is often required.
• Involvement in quality assurance and CPD portfolio maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic imaging across CT, MRI and plain film per departmental protocols.
• Assist in training junior staff and students.
• Support out-of-hours and emergency cover as needed.
• Maintain quality assurance and CPD portfolios and comply with safety regulations.
