Job summary

Pulse Healthcare seeks a Band 6 General Radiographer in St. Leonards-on-Sea to join our client's team on an immediate, short-term basis, running to the end of February with flexible ad hoc shifts. You will perform radiographic imaging across CT, MRI and plain film, upholding departmental standards.

You will train junior staff, support out-of-hours cover, and maintain CPD portfolios while ensuring patient safety, comfort and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Approved Degree or Master's in Diagnostic Radiography.
• At least 24 months post-qualification experience as a Band 5 Radiographer.
• Experience in CT, MRI and plain film is often required.
• Involvement in quality assurance and CPD portfolio maintenance is essential.

We are seeking a Band 6 General Radiographer to join our client's team in St. Leonards-on-Sea. This position offers an immediate start and will run until the end of February, providing flexible adhoc shifts. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will perform high-quality radiographic imaging across various modalities, including CT, MRI, and plain film, adhering to departmental protocols and maintaining professional standards. You will support the Radiology team by assisting in training junior staff and students, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and participating in out-of-hours and emergency cover. Additionally, you will be involved in quality assurance, maintaining up-to-date CPD portfolios, and complying with health and safety regulations to deliver efficient and effective imaging services.

Qualifications and Experience:

• HCPC registration.
• Approved Degree or Master's in Diagnostic Radiography.
• At least 24 months of post-qualification experience as a Band 5 Radiographer.
• Experience in various imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, and plain film is often required.
• Involvement in quality assurance processes and maintaining an up-to-date CPD portfolio is essential.
