Job description

Scope and Purpose

1. Assist team leaders in negotiating and executing structured finance transactions.
2. Provide analytical and modeling support to deal team members.
3. Contribute to credit, financial, market, and technical analysis.
4. Undertake administrative/internal processes such as internal rating, pricing, KYC, etc.
5. Support the team during the credit process.
6. Assist in producing credit applications and engagement committee papers.
7. Collaborate with other product teams (e.g., syndications, DCM, derivatives) for joint origination and cross-selling.
8. Support management and monitoring of a portfolio of structured finance assets.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

1. Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, management, accounting, or engineering.
2. Background in credit analysis and financial modeling.
3. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Strong credit, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to analyze transactions, conduct due diligence, and identify industry/market trends.
7. Team-oriented personality.
