Job description

Scope and Purpose

Assist team leaders in the negotiation and execution of structured finance transactions. Provide analytical and modelling support to deal team members. Contribute to credit, financial, market, and technical analysis. Undertake administrative/internal processes such as internal rating, pricing, KYC, etc., and support the team during the credit process. Contribute to producing credit applications and engagement committee papers. Collaborate with other product teams, such as syndications, DCM, derivatives, for joint origination and cross-selling. Support in the management and monitoring of a portfolio of structured finance assets.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, management, accounting, or engineering
  • Background in credit analysis and financial modelling
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong credit, analytical, and financial modelling skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with internal and external counterparts
  • Ability to analyse and conduct due diligence of transactions, and identify industry/market trends
  • Team-oriented personality
