Job summary

The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Radiographic Aide to join our Imaging team. You will support radiographers, sonographers, consultants, and most importantly patients, delivering courteous care in a busy healthcare environment.

You will perform direct patient care, assist clinical staff across imaging modalities, handle essential IT and admin tasks, and help maintain a clean, safe department.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent.
• NVQ 2 in care or Level 2 health care diploma or equivalent.
• Experience caring for people or working with the general public.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and outstanding customer service.
• Support imaging staff across multiple imaging services.
• Escort patients to and from imaging areas.
• Arrange appointments and monitor stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with infection control.
