Job summary

Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Birmingham is seeking a multi-skilled Radiology/Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to staff in Radiology and the Dental Division, including Community Dental Services. You will manage your own workload and liaise closely with colleagues to ensure coverage of Radiology support services.

Qualifications

• GCSE passes or relevant clerical qualifications.
• Experience in hospital administration is preferred.
• Understanding of NHS targets and patient pathways is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain records on the Radiology Information System.
• Manage appointment bookings in line with national targets and IR(ME)R requirements.
• Support film copying services and liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure confidentiality, health & safety, and sustainable working practices.
