Job summary

Cirdan Imaging Ltd is seeking an Imaging Technical Sales Specialist to drive the UK and EMEA portfolio of specimen imaging solutions. You will combine business development with hands-on technical delivery, delivering demonstrations, installations and training to customers across the region.

The role requires strong clinical imaging knowledge, excellent presentation skills and a commercial mindset to identify and progress new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical imaging background in breast imaging, specimen radiography, theatre imaging or related workflows.
• Experience delivering clinical applications support, product demonstrations, installations and customer training for specimen imaging systems.
• Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Cirdan's specimen imaging portfolio.
• Manage opportunities from engagement through demonstration, proposal, negotiation and close.
• Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities for additional systems and future products.
• Deliver product demonstrations and evaluations, communicating clinical, workflow and commercial benefits.
• Plan and deliver customer installations, including setup, configuration, training and go-live support.
• Provide end-user training and clinical applications expertise for adoption and workflow optimization.
• Troubleshoot and provide onsite support as needed; liaise with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support teams.
• Represent Cirdan at meetings, conferences and exhibitions; support international distributors as required.

Imaging Technical Sales Specialist

Location: UK | UK & EMEA coverage

Cirdan is a global healthcare technology company providing innovative software and imaging solutions that help improve and accelerate patient diagnosis.

We are looking for an Imaging Technical Sales Specialist to join our Imaging Sales team, supporting the continued growth of Cirdan's specimen imaging portfolio across the UK and EMEA.

Working closely with our Imaging Sales Manager and wider Cirdan team, this is a varied customer-facing role combining business development and revenue generation with hands-on technical and clinical delivery. You will develop new business and manage agreed opportunities through the sales cycle, while also delivering product demonstrations, installations, clinical applications support and customer training.

What you will do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Cirdan's current and future specimen imaging products
• Manage agreed customers and opportunities from initial engagement through demonstration, proposal, negotiation and close
• Build relationships with new and existing customers and identify opportunities for additional systems and future products
• Deliver product demonstrations and customer evaluations, communicating the clinical, workflow and commercial benefits of Cirdan's solutions
• Plan and deliver customer installations, including system set-up, configuration, acceptance, training and go-live support
• Deliver end-user training and provide clinical applications expertise to support effective adoption and workflow optimisation
• Act as a first point of contact where clinical, applications or technical input is required, providing initial troubleshooting and onsite support where appropriate
• Work closely with the Imaging Sales Manager and colleagues across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing and Operations
• Support international distributors with product demonstrations and customer training as required
• Represent Cirdan at customer meetings, conferences and exhibitions

What we are looking for

You will have a strong clinical imaging background with experience in breast imaging, specimen radiography, theatre imaging, breast surgery or related clinical workflows.

You will also bring:

• Experience delivering clinical applications support, product demonstrations, installations and customer training for specimen imaging systems
• Strong clinical and technical credibility with excellent customer-facing and presentation skills
• A commercial mindset and the confidence to identify, develop and progress new business opportunities
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills
• Practical troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a wider sales and technical team
• Flexibility to travel regularly throughout the UK and EMEA, with wider international travel as required

Previous medical device, capital equipment or healthcare technology sales experience would be an advantage.
