Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a researcher in Cambridge to advance imaging pipelines for mobile devices using machine learning, computer vision, and image processing. You will develop algorithms that integrate with our camera systems and help deliver high-quality imaging experiences.

You will stay current with state-of-the-art ML/vision research, publish results where appropriate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to productize innovations for our cameras and photo editing

Qualifications

• Experience researching, developing, and implementing image processing and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience training and working with generative models.
• Strong coding skills in Python including ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch.
• Experience in productizing or publishing research results in fields such as machine learning, image processing, and computer graphics.
• PhD in Computer Science or related field with focus on ML/vision.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your research background to design, develop, and improve imaging and photo editing technologies.
• Develop ideas and concepts into commercially viable algorithms.
• Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge ML, computer vision, and computational photography developments in academia and industry.
