Job summary

Circle Health Group's Albyn Hospital in Aberdeen is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Assistant to join the imaging department on a full-time basis with flexible shifts. The role includes patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary team and adherence to NMC/HCPC standards.

We expect prior imaging or healthcare support experience, Care Certificate, and willingness to progress NVQ levels 2/3, with Maths/English GCSEs as a minimum requirement. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• Previous imaging/healthcare assistant experience.
• Customer care experience, including difficult interactions.
• Care Certificate completed or willing to obtain.
• GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent.
• Willingness to pursue NVQ Levels 2/3 in health care.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the imaging team to provide patient-centred care.
• Operate within the multi-disciplinary team under supervision of a Registered Practitioner.
• Demonstrate competence within Imaging Assistant role.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Complete mandatory training and maintain professional standards.
