Job summary

Qualifications

  • BEng, MSc, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years industry experience developing algorithms for sensing, imaging, or data-driven systems.
  • Strong Python skills for algorithm development and data analysis (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib, scikit-learn).
  • Background in signal processing, data analysis, and model-based methods for interpreting complex data.
  • Experience with machine learning for sensor/imaging/time-series data and translating insights into practical algorithms.

Responsibilities

  • Own algorithm components from concept through prototyping and refinement.
  • Develop Python-based algorithms and data analysis tools for imaging data.
  • Apply signal processing and model-based methods to extract robust information from noisy data.
  • Explore machine learning techniques to improve performance, robustness, and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand system behavior and data characteristics.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support design and testing decisions.
  • Develop scalable analysis pipelines for offline, near-real-time, or production workflows.
  • Support verification, documentation, and roadmap for software integration.
