Job summary

Chelsea FC is building a dedicated team of Sales Executives within the Club’s Player Image Rights business to drive growth in the world of player-led commercial opportunities.

As a key member, you will identify, pitch, and secure new business while supporting brand activations and client engagements across elite sport and global brands.

Based at Stamford Bridge, you will work at pace with a strong commercial mindset, contributing to partnerships and the club's strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, brand partnerships, or commercial roles within sport, media, or marketing.
• Track record of developing and closing commercial opportunities.
• Strong business development skills with ability to reach out to clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and develop new business with brands, agencies, and media partners.
• Qualify leads and build a pipeline aligned with image rights strategies.
• Craft proposals and support contract negotiations.
• Build long-term relationships with partners and coordinate activations.
• Coordinate campaign logistics and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain records of contracts, rights usage and partner activity.
