Job Title: Project Manager

What you’ll be doing:

1. Conducting monthly reviews of contract performance, including analysis of KPIs and customer briefings.
2. Managing and monitoring cost performance to ensure budget compliance and efficiency.
3. Engaging and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain alignment and address concerns.
4. Developing Project Management Plans and ensuring the effective delivery of project objectives.

Your skills and experiences:

• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and align internal departments and external partners.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Capable of handling conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Understanding of the project cost lifecycle (budgeting, forecasting, tracking, variance analysis).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Experience with procurement processes, POs, and invoicing workflows.

The PM team:

As part of the Project Management team, you will be responsible for spares and repairs for the Germany, Italy, Austria, and Spanish Air Forces, specifically for Typhoon Eurofighter. We are a business within the contract team delivering customer interface, financial, operational needs, stakeholder and customer relations, and external customer engagement. You will be working at the forefront in service support of large, high-value, technically complex, and strategically important programs. Our opportunities are broad and varied, supporting increased capabilities or delivering cutting-edge, innovative solutions to industry-wide problems. International travel may be required.
