Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in digital products.
• Experience within iGaming, lottery, betting, gaming, or other regulated digital industries.
• Demonstrated success delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the iLottery product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility.
• Develop arguments and success metrics for new product investments.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from concept through launch and optimization.
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Work with game build teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritization processes.
• Champion a player-centric approach to product development.
• Use insights, research, and analytics to improve user journeys.
• Optimize acquisition, onboarding, gameplay, and retention experiences.
• Drive testing and experimentation to improve product performance.
• Monitor and report on revenue, active players, retention, conversion, and engagement.
