Qualifikationen

• Experience leading data product initiatives in data lake/warehouse environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Partner with lottery customers and internal collaborators to understand business objectives and challenges.
• Translate business needs into scalable, trusted data solutions by evaluating sources, quality, constraints and platform capabilities.
• Own initiatives across the product lifecycle from opportunity assessment to delivery, launch and adoption.
• Define reusable data products including datasets, models, dashboards, APIs, and data feeds.
• Collaborate with engineering and governance to establish data contracts, quality rules, lineage and access controls.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog based on value, impact, risk and capacity.
• Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering, BI, QA, Architecture, and platform teams with clear communication.
• Serve as a main product contact for data and reporting needs across customers and teams.
• Work with support and engineering to define observability and preventive improvements for production data products.
